Think of SafePay like a trusted friend holding your money. You pay HomePro.bot. We hold it safely. Your pro only gets paid after you look at the finished work and say "I'm happy." No approval from you — no payment to them. It's that simple.

Verified Reviews Only

Only homeowners who have completed and paid for a project through the platform can leave a review. This eliminates fake reviews and competitor sabotage, making every star rating meaningful.

Dispute Resolution Workflow

Disputes are inevitable. How they are handled defines the platform's trustworthiness.

Initiation

Either party opens a dispute via the Dispute Center. Any pending payouts are immediately paused.

AI Triage

Our Dispute Triage Assistant analyzes the project history, all messages, and any uploaded evidence to categorize severity and summarize the issue.

Mediation

The platform encourages both parties to reach an agreement within 48 hours using the AI summary as a neutral starting point.

Resolution

If unresolved, a human Admin reviews the AI summary and evidence to make a binding decision — partial refund, full payout, or requirement to fix the work.

Safety Policies

Licensed-Work Warnings

If the AI Job Architect detects a project involving structural changes, gas lines, or main electrical panels, it displays a prominent warning: "This work requires a licensed professional by law. Do not attempt DIY."

Emergency Disclaimer

HomePro.bot is not a replacement for 911. If emergency keywords (fire, flood, gas leak) are detected, the platform immediately halts intake and directs the user to contact local authorities.

Conduct Policies

Both homeowners and pros must agree to strict conduct policies prohibiting harassment, discrimination, and unsafe working environments. Violations result in immediate suspension.
