Your payment is held in escrow until you confirm the job is complete. The pro only receives funds after you approve. If there's a dispute, our team reviews evidence and makes a fair determination within 4 business days.
If a pro discovers additional scope during the job, they submit a Change Order with photos and an explanation. You review and approve (or negotiate) before any additional funds are committed. You're never surprised.
Yes. Cancellations more than 48 hours before the job start are free. Within 24 hours, a 10% cancellation fee applies to compensate the pro for reserved time. Same-day cancellations carry a 20% fee.
Every pro undergoes license verification, insurance confirmation, background check, and identity verification before joining. We also verify reviews are from real completed jobs on our platform.
After a job is completed and reviewed, you can save the pro to your Home Team from the project detail page. They'll appear in your dashboard for one-tap rebooking.
