Never pay off-platform

HomePro.bot can only protect payments, disputes, receipts, and warranties when the job stays inside the platform. If a pro asks you to pay by cash, Venmo, Zelle, or any method outside HomePro.bot, you lose all SafePay protections.

Dispute Pause: Payment stops immediately

When a dispute is opened by either party, all pending payouts are immediately frozen. No money moves until the dispute is resolved. This protects homeowners from unauthorized payment releases and protects pros from unjustified payment holds.

HomePro.bot does not guarantee the quality, timeliness, or outcome of work performed by independent service professionals. Disputes are handled according to the Terms of Service. Verification standards vary by trade, state, and municipality.
